Ghost

  The Ghost detective

A cold winter morning, the sun was starting to rise. There was another case to crack. This is the story about the detective who was solving a case he would never expect to solve.

D.T Stryker was the best detective in London. And he was about to solve the hardest case head ever done. He got a call from his partner Louis. “You ready for this.” Louis said on the other end of the line.

“I will meet you at the warehouse.” Stryker replied. There had been an ongoing weapon dealership, and Stryker was going to catch them red handed. They drove to the warehouse in Louis's Silver Mercedes 

The warehouse was thought to be the suspects' hideout. The suspects names were. Fang-Bob, Switchblade-Alex and Bigg Boss-Joey. They have slipped away from Stryker many times before, but he was positive this time he would get them. “So how many people do we have hear on the sight?” Stryker asked Louis. “We have snipers and S.W.A.T teams surrounding the building.” He replied. Stryker looked at his best friend who had been there for him every step of the way, and said. “Are you ready for this Louis?” “yes you?” Louis replied. The duo walked into the building ready to strike. But when they stepped into the warehouse they saw the three gang members, but they didn't see them how they expect it to see them. “W-what happened hear.” Louis said confused. They both stared at the three bodies lying on the floor. Stryker heard a click behind him. It was a bomb. “Ru-” Stryker shouted but it was too late, the bomb went off.

Smok filed the ear, and there was a piercing ringing sound in Strykers ears. I survive the explosion. He thought to himself. then he remembered, where's Lewis! Stryker scan through the rubble, to try and find his best friend. “Where are you Louis!” Stryker shouted. He was running around the crumbling building. He turned a corner, and was shocked to see, his own body lying on the floor. Stryker couldn't believe his eyes. He knelt down to brush the dust off the face, but his hand went right through it. He was a GHOST...             

Stryker was horrified. “Am I a ghost?” He said out loud. Stryker came to his senses after a while, and thought to himself. If I'm dead who planted the bomb? Now this, was the hardest case. 

How did this hapon. If it wasn't the gang members. That means we have a bigger threat on the lose. Even though striker was dead, you still had his detective instincts. He had to figure out who did this to him. In the distance he heard a voice shout, it was Louis’s voice. Stryker couldn't see anything there was to much smoke but it didn't affect his lungs. Even though he couldn't see anything he followed the sound of Lewis's voice. But suddenly a pile of rubble fell in front of him. “AAAH!” Stryker shouted. Nothing happened. He was inside the rubble! having a sense of his newfound power strike a new what to do. 

                             

The beach

On Saturday morning we went down to Ahipara beach for, fish and chips. We usually go to Kerikeri on Saturday, but because of lockdown we went to go to get Ahipara instead. After we had fish and chips on the beach, we went to go explore the Rock pools. While we were walking around the rock pools I spotted a huge pool I could swim in. Luckily we had the wetsuit in the car so I could go swimming. I had a great time skimming across the water with my surfboard. It got cold after a while, so I went to go look for a another rock pool to swim in. About 10 seconds later I found a huge pool probably about 2 metres deep. It was just like a hole in the ground filled with water. So naturally I did what any 12 year old boy would do, I jumped in. It was so much fun, but eventually we had to go home. Formula to triangle

 

Today for maths we had to create a poser explaining the formula of a triangle. I created the poster with my friend Danny.  We had to explain what the formula was and how you could figure out the measurement. Understanding the formula myself was quite difficult, I still don't entirely understand it but I am starting to. Hope you enjoyed my poster explaining how to figure out the formula of a triangle. Strange town drawing

 

For writing today we had a picture of a town called Strangetown, and we had to do lots of different tasks based on that picture. The first one I did it was the drawing project. For the drawing project we had to draw a character we thought would fit into Strangetown. Just saying this is what I usually draw anyway :) I still have to do many things on the picture though, like right about it and make myself one of the characters, the list goes on. Fathers Day weekend

W.A.L.T Things we did on the weekend.

On the weekend we had so much fun especially on Sunday. We usually have great fun on Sunday anyway, because we talk to my grandparents and make pancakes. But this Sunday it was Father's Day, so double the fun . First I did what anybody would do on Fathers Day, I made my Dad a card. Fortunately he liked it, and there was a cookie with it as well, so maybe that was the reason he liked it. We went down to Taipa to have fish and chips, and we were surrounded by seagulls. After a nice walk on the beach we went down to Tokerau. We had fun riding on the mountain boards, and letting the wind take us around with the wing. If you don't know what a wing is here's a picture of me and my dad. 

 

We had so much fun. It was quite difficult to get the wing going at first but then it got easier. I hope you liked my blog post. What did you do on Fathers Day?

Man and sea

 For a reading task today we had to read a story called the Man and Sea. and we had to do a slide project based on the story. On one of the slides we had to share our thoughts with what we would have done if we were Ione, and what he was going through. Would we have had the tattoo or not. It is was no regular tattoo the tattoo was cultural and men something very special to their culture. This was one of the things we had to answer I hope you agree with me.  

1. Share your thoughts on the process Ioane had to go through to get the Tatau.  Do you agree? Disagree?  What would you have done if you were Ioane?  (Post the contents of this page on your blog) The tatau was painful especially on his thigh. It was taking a long time so he had to endure the pain for longer. He had to be held down because it was so painful. If I was having the tatau I would have tried to fall asleep before the tattoo so I wouldn't feel the pain. I agree he would feel much pride in having the tattoo.

bad guys

Bad guys is one of my favourite series books. I have gone through all the books up to 11, I have yet to read 12, 13 and 14. I enjoy just listening to music sitting down and reading these books. when I first got book 1, I wasn't sure about reading it, but after I read it I really enjoyed it.  I really recommend reading this book. I hope they make more of these books . Book 11 is really interesting, it includes whole new universes, different realities and excitement.  I hope after this you will be reading these books. What's your favourite book?
