As sum's letter

Today our task was to create a letter, from As sum to his parents, about about how he was feeling in New Zealand.
we have to first read the book' bok choy'  so we know how he was feeling, and if he liked it that or not. once we finished the book we had to start writing the letter.  He didn't really like it in the town that he was working in, the people we're not treating am very well, they said he didn't belong there because he was from China. but he gained respect after he saved a boy from the river. So he decided to stay he missed his parents very much. There were somethings you had to include, how he felt and if he wanted to stay. I hope you like my letter, how would you feel if you were being in someone else's shoes?
